Its emergence represents an organized response of the civil society in those areas where the state has been deficient. It has a systematized functions and roles to play. It helps in furthering the cause with articulation and clarity. It networks its efforts for campaign and advocacy. HumanKind (a new thing that is happening around you) believes in democratization of thoughts, liberalization of ideas and development of human beings.

Humankind- a non-profitable organization-has initiated a campaign in various government schools of Kashmir which are in a dilapidated condition and where poor students study. The campaign is named as, “Donate a Copy/Pencil Campaign”. Poor students in our Valley aren’t in a condition to even have one meal a day then how come they can buy themselves a notebook or even a pencil. As the motto of our organization says, “Let us start Caring for all”, we believe in doing whatever we can for the whole of the humanity. This campaign is dedicated to all those poor students studying in schools far away from the city centre.
Volunteers can donate copies or pencils or they can donate some money towards this noble cause. It can be Rs.10, 15, 20, 30, 50 or any amount which would be used by us to help these poor students. By Allah, in whose hand our soul is, we swear to be honest with the Donated money and the material we receive. Besides donating note copies and other things, we have decided to distribute “Tayassar-al-Quran” (the first step towards reading Quran which contains the alphabets of Arabic). Let us unite and join our hands in helping the Organization towards this noble cause. Let the children smell the aroma of their religion and of the knowledge of this world. Let’s vow to make the future of under privileged children better. Let’s make them smile, let’s work together to make their lives sorrow-free…
