Today, the world is becoming more and more closely linked. Trade has increased and the movement of people between countries is greater than ever before. However, billions of people still live in poverty, and in many places, the gap between rich and poor is widening. There are many reasons for helping poor people. First of all, there are humanitarian reasons. Like individuals who give to charity, many people feel it is their religious, social, or moral duty to help people in community who are suffering from famine, drought, or disease. However, many rich people also donate money for varied reasons. A reason why many people help poorer ones is for economical reasons.
Making the poor/oppressed wealthy is not the sole solution to their problem of poverty. Just having money is not merely enough. One of way helping them is by teaching them to maintain their wealth Proper learning will prevent them from becoming poor again. Another way is to teach them to invest their money. Investments will make the money increase. The last way of helping the poor would be to give them a high paying job. This will keep the flow of their money. All of these should keep the poor wealthy and end their poverty.

Necessities meaning, rent, food and other expenses, but in Kashmir, its irony of that, we have people who are underprivileged, and in their less sources they are not able to keep their standard maintained. They are usually dependent on agricultural land which provides them less income to suffice their needs, and they become weak to handle their situation, and mostly their children remain untouched to education and deprived from imparting schooling etc. and in this way live a miserable life full of depression and hopelessness.

In keeping above facts in mind, Humankind organization has come into being and has formed a small scale outlet to cater these problems of human race and address the grievances of those people who have remained off to the modern world where education is necessary affair of life without which a person cannot think to live a life of ecstasy.
Humankind is non profitable organization founded by Junaid Kazim Lone, a law graduate, who has strong will to save those children who are deprived from the education or imparting education but have certain problems by which they are compelled to leave education amidst their schooling due to varied reasons, as such Humankind, initiated and pledged that to save such blooming buds in the community like in Kashmir who are otherwise bound to do menial work and remain unexplored and their dream to get education remain un-cherished in this connection Humankind has brought fore various schemes wherein Humankind organization, distributes Pencil, eraser and Sharpener to those young children who are studying in government primary and other schools. Humankind is unanimously working for the welfare of people and with this intention has established such an organization which can help needy poor students who have quest to study but have no resources to make their dreams come true, Humankind is working under the one roof with various welfare schemes for the young minds who are eager to study and realize their dreams and that can be possible when a child have proper education and guidance, Humankind is providing both and is willing to help the needy ones who are prone otherwise to work like slave in any factory or workshops In Kashmir, The founder, Junaid Kazim had brought this concept earlier, and with the time he made up his mind and engrossed himself completely into this mission to established an organization which will help the community in the broader perspective. Junaid, envisioned the dream of being helpful to those children who are not able to make their dream true by way of imparting education and live atleast a good living and decent one with the head upright.
Humankind organization believes that In this modern time when education has brought revolution a person cannot remain uneducated and survive in this world, at least tenets of education he/she must know so that to remain competent with the world, where change is order of the day became now, in view of this fact, Humankind has initiated schemes to formulate in a broader prospectus to help the needy ones who are untouched and are very low to get helped and explored in this world.
The organization has as many as 2700 online members and they are actively participating in online debates over issues like; poverty, corruption, environmental issues, Filing an RTI Application and other social evils. The organization is supported by some young minds like Altaf Bashir, Sana Din and Zain Zahoor. Altaf Bashir: who is a young action oriented youngster, a writer, editor, a Conceptualist, event planner, a good speaker and the list goes on and on. Altaf, who is a Commerce Graduate from a Govt. College in Kashmir, and is now pursuing his masters’ degree in Literature, He believes in implementing things in real life rather than just making statements, his focus is primarily on helping the present generation with whatever possible means in order to make a better future. Altaf has shown a lot of interest in the activities of the Organization and has been an active part by participating in each and every event; he also acts as a Supervisor of the events and write-ups, by the volunteers of the Organisation. Altaf is known for his write-ups that are published weekly in Daily newspapers and his work is well appreciated by everyone, besides being a writer, Altaf is known for his love towards nature and when asked about nature, the only thing he replies is that he love to be alone with nature, hearing the water gushing through rocks, chirping of birds, sensing the fresh breeze touching him and looking at the stars on a clear night sky. He has struggled throughout his lifetime; usually so many struggles makes one weak, but not in case of this man, each and every hardship has made him stronger than before.
Zain Zahoor, is the coordinator of Humankind, and is also pursuing law at Vitasta college, Nowgam, Zain, is young energetic and enthaustic guy who is always ready to help the one who are in need, he despite has the load of studies, but is working with full energy and acumen for the welfare of the society and is putting his whole efforts in getting his assignment done, he is vigorous enough to take responsibility on his shoulders and accomplish that within given time, at such a young age he has achieved so much of talent and experience to handle the situations that confront to him in the meetings and conference, he is at the best of making decision and plan maker, he has participated in various debated domestic as well as internationally level and has given his opinions on various matters like the save environment disturbance and other prospectus at various occasions. Zain, has done outstanding work in making the Humankind a successful dream by informing people of his caliber who gathered funds and other requisite items which made the helping poor campaign a successful dream. He is the man of trustworthy and more adorable being among us.
The organization has some other action oriented young minds like Sana Din; who is pursuing her Bachelors in Law at Nowshera Law College Srinagar. Sana, known for her simplicity and honesty, works as an Administrator in Humankind Students Network. Wajid Malik, who is also a batch mate of Junaid Kazim Lone, is known for speaking the truth at all times, no matter who stands infront of him he holds steadfast to the stick of truth which is always bitter to the Person who is facing him. Another young and energetic mind working with the organization is Raies ul Haq Sikander, who is a well known freelance writer, he heads the Humankind Multimedia Students network.

Humankind EnviroLegal Club:-
The club mainly focuses on the environmental issues of the society and their affects on the environment. The “legal” word with environment’s “Enviro” means that this club deals the environmental menaces in the society and how to deal with them in a legal manner. The club comprises of Law knowing persons, law students and the general public. The club has initiated a green chain across various schools in various districts of the State of Jammu and Kashmir.
Humankind Students Network:-
As the name suggests, the students network is a network of students who work together under one roof. The main aim of the club is to raise the grieviences of the students facing at large.
Humankind Multimedia Student Network:-
The Multimedia Student Network works as a group of online writers, event managers, blog handlers; or we can say a “E network of Students who are seen as writers, event managers, blog handlers etc.”. The purpose of the club is to serve as a medium to convey the message of the people using Internet. The Administrators of the group handle the goups on social networking sites like facebook. There are almost over 2800 online members of the organization.
Entrepreneurship Club:-
The club serves as a hub of young entrepreneurs who are either studying or have completed their studies. The club will give them a platform to launch their ideas into the field of business management.
